The Special Operations Division (SOD) consists of specialized units dedicated to supporting Dominion XP’s clients in unique and unexpected environments. The Special Operations Division is comprised of highly trained officers who utilize advanced tactics, precision, and specialized equipment to resolve high-risk situations. Emergency Response Team

The Emergency Response Team (ERT) provides a rapid tactical response to designated high-risk locations, ensuring that unauthorized individuals or groups are prevented from gaining access or posing threats to protected persons, assets, or critical infrastructure.
ERT personnel undergo rigorous and continuous advanced training in firearms proficiency, defensive tactics, tactical driving, and high-stakes decision-making under pressure. Their training also includes breaching techniques, room clearing, threat assessment, active shooter response, medical trauma care, and coordination in multi-agency operations.
To fulfill their mission, ERT units are deployed to respond directly to hostile threats in fast-moving, unpredictable environments. Their presence and readiness serve as a critical layer of protection in maintaining safety, security, and control during elevated threat situations.
Tactical Response Unit
Dominion XP’s Tactical Response Units provide adaptable, discreet, and effective security solutions for facilities, organizations, or events. Trained in de-escalation and confidentiality, these units maintain professionalism and a polished appearance at all times. Our program managers collaborate with clients to design customized security plans, deploying specialists overtly as visible deterrents or covertly to blend into the environment, armed or unarmed as needed. Surveillance & Investigative Division
Dominion XP’s Surveillance & Investigative Division uses tools to collect information and intelligence for critical missions and tactical assignments. This includes physically and digitally monitoring, and surveilling strategic locations for identifying unusual behavior or patterns that suggest a potential threat to the customer. Our trained experts support tactical operations by analyzing information, investigating threats, assessing risks, and disseminating protective intelligence information. This specialized unit works in collaborative efforts with the Emergency Response Teams to maximize physical security and protection through advance mission planning to modifying tactics and measures in real time.
